Getting paid as a Service Provider
How Service Provider payouts work on HyraSpot: set up your payout account, deliver the work, and receive the payout when delivery is approved.
Set up your payout account
- Add your payout details in Settings under Payments before your first contract completes.
- Supported payout methods depend on your country: bank accounts in every country, plus mobile money in Ghana and Kenya.
When payouts happen
- Your payout is initiated when the customer approves your delivery, or automatically at the end of the review window if the customer takes no action and there is no open dispute or refund request.
- You receive the contract value minus the platform fee. The current split for your country is published on the Pricing & Fees page.
- Tips carry no platform commission. The payment partner's processing fee is deducted from the tip, and you receive the rest.
If a payout is delayed
- Transfers depend on the payment partner and your bank or wallet, so arrival times vary.
- HyraSpot automatically retries payouts that do not go through, and you can contact support if a payout stays pending.
