Identity verification for Service Providers
How identity verification works on HyraSpot, why it is required, and what it does and does not confirm.
When verification is required
- Service Providers verify their identity before submitting proposals, and customers verify before publishing jobs.
- Verification is a one-time step. Once verified, you are not asked again unless an administrator revokes the verification.
How the check works
- HyraSpot uses a verification partner with local ID coverage in each country, for example national ID or bank-linked identity numbers where available, with a document-based flow elsewhere.
- If you only hold an international passport, you can choose our global verification partner instead from the verification page.
- The check is completed in your browser and usually takes a few minutes. If a result needs human review, your account shows the verification as pending until it is resolved.
What verification means
- Verification confirms who a person is. It does not confirm qualifications, licensing, insurance, or suitability for a specific job.
- Review each profile, proposal, and public reviews before hiring, and keep all agreements on the platform.
